I’m an HR Leader with 20+ years of experience driving transformation across multiple countries in fast-paced Tech companies. Over 19 years at Google, I spent the last 7 years leading the HR teams at Google France and Belgium.
I founded 573° Consulting with the goal to empower ambitious companies to transform their HR practices to grow their people, processes and business.
As a Fractional Chief People Officer with extensive HR Tech expertise, I will support you on consulting missions, workshops, conferences, seminar presentations and trainings (in French and English languages).
Here are my areas of expertise:
° HR Corporate Social Responsibility, with a focus on diversity and inclusion strategies.
° Culture and Manager’s transformation in fast paced environments.
° Navigating Employment Laws and Labor Relations in international settings and Tech companies.
I worked at Google in HR for the past 19 years. When I joined Google in France, we were 30 employees. When I left, more than 1500 employees thrived there. I took part in the growth of the company in EMEA and worked in recruitment, learning and development, and HR development, covering up to 20 countries in the region. I designed and implemented the HR strategy to hire, train and retain talents.
In my last position, I was the Head of HR for France and Belgium. I worked closely with top executives at the CoDir / Executive Management Group of Google France and Google Belgium. Inspired Manager development, spearheaded labor relations, drove compliance, innovated in our culture with a DEI angle in all our programs: these are key topics close to my core values that I championed.
International is in my DNA: I was born in South Korea, my parents met in Boston, my brother lives in San Francisco, I was raised in France and I live in Paris. I am fully comfortable in HR international and French ecosystems.
